A rare opportunity
Aubrey Allen, supplier of the finest, award winning meat to the UK's top restaurants has appointed Switch to deliver their new portfolio of websites. Two sites have already been published; the first for Aubrey Allen's authentic French bistro, Oscars, based in Leamington Spa and the second for the firm's increasingly prosperous event catering business.
Jon Hurley, Head of Digital at Switch comments, "Our brief was to get Aubrey Allen's internet presence fit for business. The company has an impressive growth plan which simply could not be supported by the existing website structure. The early launch of oscarsfrenchbistro.co.uk and aubreyallencatering.co.uk has given us all the opportunity to benchmark and create a tailored workflow process. The next two sites are now in production and it is these which will form the backbone to Aubrey Allen's online sales strategy, delivering efficiency and value to both its commercial customers and increasingly active public consumers."
Switch is also working with Aubrey Allen on their B2C proposition. Richard Pope, Founding Partner at Switch says, "The project dovetails our digital expertise with our offline experience perfectly. Whilst the Aubrey Allen wholesale operation is based in Coventry, the company still maintains its traditional butchers shop and deli in Leamington Spa. The company's event catering division also operates from Leamington supported by a team of chefs based at Aubrey Allen's 'home' kitchens in Warwick. Aubrey Allen is however, best known for its daily supply of award winning meat to some of the finest restaurants across the UK.
