PPS rebrands as Cohesion

When PPS wanted to refresh its brand and positioning, it appointed Switch following a full pitch process. Tasked with understanding the competitive landscape and identifying a unique brand position, Switch created an extensive insights program which included market assessment, peer and competitor benchmarking, internal and external one-to-one and group discussions.

Although not within the scope of original brief, it became clear during the process that the PPS name held little equity and that the opportunity to give an established business a new lease of life was ripe. Switch led an extensive naming process resulting in the new name ‘Cohesion’, and created a striking new brand identity and visual style reflecting the positioning and essence of the business. 

Switch created a full suite of brand assets including technical guidelines, image library and digital work including a brand new, responsive website, email templates and social media styling.

Cohesion was launched internally during the summer with a full brand roll-out and website launch on 29 September.
