New Business Developer

We want someone who’s really SwitchedOn to bringing new business opportunities into creative businesses.

You’ve already seen from our website that we’ve been established for nearly 40 years’, so we’re obviously brilliant at winning business, onboarding new clients and providing an outstanding service that keeps clients with Switch for many years.

We need someone who can identify the great opportunities; qualify the leads that are a good fit for us and the client. Nurture, research, get under the skin of the client and make absolutely sure we get the opportunity to show how we can help to transform their business.

We love to win without pitching but we’re great at pitching when we have to.

We appreciate that if you’re great at what you do, you’ll already be very well looked after by your current employer. But maybe you’re looking to relocate or feel you’re not getting the backup that should make all the difference to your efforts.

What you’re not going to get at Switch is micro-management. If you’re any good at this, you’ll know what to do without us telling you. We’re going to leave you to it, but we’ll be there when you need us. We have no particular focus on specific industries (we’ve done great stuff in pretty much every field), we’ve no database hit-list and no preferred outreach method (each to their own).

We’ve got good decks and a great story to help you, but you’ll ultimately impress us (and make your bonus) by doing it your way.

We’re based in Brum but our team operates all over the UK and our clients are from across the World. You can work from our office, WFH, work remote, up to you but you will need to work because we want results. We expect anyone in this position to deliver upwards of £250k new revenue in the first 18 months (or sooner) for which you’ll be handsomely rewarded.
