Since being formed as a partnership between two ambitious design graduates in 1985, Switch has remained fiercely independent, under the same passionate leadership and with an unwavering commitment to creative and service excellence.

This has seen the agency safely through multiple recessions and a global pandemic, and the whole Switch team today embodies that drive and determination to not only support our clients through good times and bad, but to help them thrive and be the very best they can be.
