With a diverse audience ranging from the very elderly to young people living with debilitating conditions, Helping Hands faced a challenge – how to present itself as a relevant organisation to both audiences equally.
We began by getting to the heart of the business, uncovering the core idea behind the organisation – who they are, what they believe in and how they operate – developed their existing identity to make it work for both audiences, created a new strapline and a fresh new look and feel for all marketing communications. A key part of this was to create a new library of compelling images conveying the carer/customer relationship.
We rolled out the new brand with a new website and a suite of brochures and display materials, and produced a set of brand guidelines to provide clarity and consistency for all future marketing communications.
