As a relative newcomer to the window and door industry but with a proud ancestry steeped in great customer service and top quality products, Solar Calibre Doors tasked Switch with creating a campaign that reflects their ethos of putting the customer first. They wanted to be seen as one of the leading suppliers of composite and timber doors, capable of delivering a quality product on time and at a competitive price point.
The playful ‘Always Open’ idea perfectly reflects those company values by portraying them as approachable and friendly as well as capable, so why not “come and talk to us, we will get the job done when others can’t”.
This message was rolled out across all of their social media channels over a 4 to 5 month period running up to their debut appearance at the fenestration industry’s leading trade event, the FIT Show at the NEC, Birmingham.
Trade press advertising and editorial support also helped raise awareness not only of Solar Calibre’s landmark appearance at the show, but also the show itself – returning for the first time after a lockdown enforced break.
