The core Motor Assist logo was meticulously crafted and married to carefully selected fonts and colours to ensure outstanding clarity and accessibility across all channels. Switch curated the photography style intentionally to challenge the industry norm’ (avoiding photos of boardroom handshakes, rows of damaged vehicles and call-centre operatives) promoting an alternative perspective on what it’s like to do business with Motor Assist (acknowledging performance, freedom from clunky systems, encouraging stress-free environments and delivering customer satisfaction).
The brand guidelines created by Switch have become an essential component to Motor Assist’s brand strategy and have been followed meticulously across the company website and applied to the daily creation of digital assets to deliver stories efficiently; focussing on the essentials and avoiding the superfluous and the overly decorative.
By confidently positioning itself as Being Better, Motor Assist has established itself incredibly quickly, winning industry award after award for its unique approach to incident management.
